- Experience building or rebuilding a Talent Acquisition function
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Hands-on expertise across sourcing and inbound recruitment
- Experience recruiting internationally
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Experience implementing AI tools within Talent Acquisition
- Fluent French and English
- Based in Paris
