Sonova Group is seeking an HR Services Team Leader to manage the HR Services team, oversee employee lifecycle administration, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in an international environment

Требования

• 5+ years of HR administration experience in an international environment
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR processes
• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Fluent English and Polish
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow
