Full-time role in a fast-growing B2B IT & Telecom company. Responsibilities include account management, onboarding, customer retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction

Требования

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Sales, or another client-facing role
• B2B experience is a plus
• Fluent English (spoken & written C1)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Interest in SaaS, IT, or Telecom products is a plus
• Motivation to build a long-term career in Customer Success
