Mid-level legal assistant position in iGaming industry based in Cyprus. Requires 3+ years of legal experience with 2-3 years in iGaming, Sportsbook, FinTech or regulated industries. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, supporting regulatory compliance, maintaining contract lifecycle management, conducting legal research on gaming regulations, and coordinating with external advisors across jurisdictions
Требования
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience
- At least 2-3 years in iGaming, Sportsbook, FinTech, or highly regulated industries
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Ukrainian/Russian language advantageous
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal administration
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB/DD procedures
- Knowledge of gaming licensing and regulations
- Strong commercial contract drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
