Principal HR Business Partner role supporting Global Operations organization across EMEA region. Focus on organizational effectiveness, talent development, change management, and leadership capability in international environment
Требования
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years as HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting international or EMEA organizations in matrix environment
- Strong background in organizational design and large-scale change initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven HR practices
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
