Experienced HRBP needed to manage people-related processes at Rafeeq, a leading delivery and lifestyle platform in Qatar. Role involves workforce planning, learning & development, hiring, and supporting both corporate and frontline teams in a fast-paced environment
Требования
- 5–8+ years of experience in HRBP / Talent roles in fast-paced industries
- Strong preference for experience in Food Delivery, logistics, marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in high-growth environments
- Experience supporting large, distributed, and operational teams
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Fluent in English
