Wellis, a fast-growing healthtech scale-up, is seeking an HRBP/People Partner to lead organizational design, headcount planning, and build core People frameworks from scratch
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP, People Partner or organizational development roles
- Hands-on experience leading an organizational design or restructuring project
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and structured approach to People topics
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and building solutions from scratch
- Confidence partnering with and challenging senior stakeholders
- Experience working with HR systems and People data
