Seedcamp is looking for its first Head of Talent to build and lead their talent function, supporting portfolio companies with hiring strategy, organizational design, and talent community development across European tech hubs
Требования
- Experience leading Talent or People functions within startups, executive search, or a combination of both
- Strong track record hiring engineering and technical talent
- Ability to advise and challenge founders as a trusted strategic partner
- Systems-thinking mindset with experience building scalable talent processes
- Established network within at least one major European tech hub
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset
