Требования
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Solid understanding of benefits administration, including provident funds and insurance plans
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Fluent English and strong organizational skills
