Lead multi-channel paid user acquisition strategy across diverse subscription products at Adapty. Manage UA team, build scalable frameworks for targeting and bidding, drive creative testing, and align growth efforts with product monetization. Work with 20K+ apps processing $2B+ in subscriptions annually
Требования
- 3+ years hands-on managing paid UA across Meta, Google, TikTok
- Real experience with web-to-web acquisition flows and subscription economics
- Proficiency with post-ATT measurement and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude)
- Experience mentoring and leading UA specialists
- Strong presentation skills for client strategy and results communication
- Bonus: agency/multi-client background, $1M+/mo spend experience
