Proactive TechOps SAAS specialist to resolve customer technical issues end-to-end, conduct root cause analysis, build monitoring dashboards, write Python automation scripts, and actively use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) for troubleshooting in a FinTech environment
Требования
- Strong daily experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Hands-on with Grafana/Datadog (building dashboards & alerts)
- Python scripting + solid understanding of distributed systems
- 2+ years in TechOps/Technical Support (FinTech/Forex/Crypto is a plus)
- Excellent English (C1+)
- End-to-end customer issue resolution via Helpdesk + Slack
- Root cause analysis with monitoring tools
- Proactive alert building and monitoring dashboard creation
