Senior Technical Recruiter to build in-house talent acquisition function from the ground up. Own end-to-end global recruitment across four battalions (Fenix24, Athena7, Grypho5, Argos99), sourcing and placing cybersecurity professionals. Direct access to leadership, mandate to move fast and hire industry-best talent

Требования

• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• At least 2 years focused on cybersecurity/information security roles in US market
• Proven track record closing 8–12 roles per month as solo or lead recruiter
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and cybersecurity-specific sourcing tools
• Experience with technical assessment platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Relationship building and leadership capabilities
• Mission-driven mindset with integrity and sense of urgency
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
