Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams. Monitor scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations. Establish governance processes and executive communications

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
• 2+ years of experience in fintech initiatives (banking, payments, trading, financial services)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing large-scale technical projects with distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists)
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
