Lead AI transformation across distributed engineering teams. Build internal AI ecosystems, automate SDLC, unify standards, and manage organizational change from strategy to production-grade implementation
Требования
- 7+ years in senior engineering roles (Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / AI transformation)
- Proven track record of AI & automation implementations with measurable business impact
- Deep technical background in development, infrastructure, and LLMs
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and engineers
- Experience leading cross-functional, cross-legal-entity projects in fast-growing companies
- Expertise in standardizing processes without disrupting teams
- Business-level English fluency
- Nice to have: Platform engineering / DevProd background, internal AI ecosystem building, consulting or transformation experience
