О вакансии
Serve as primary technical point of contact for merchants at a global payment provider. Manage technical onboarding, payment orchestration, resolve technical issues, monitor payment metrics, and support payment processing ecosystem
Требования
- Excellent understanding of card payment systems
- Ability to resolve payment issues end-to-end
- Experience leading technical conversations with clients and partners
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Superset, Power BI) or monitoring tools (Grafana, Graylog)
- Familiarity with APIs and tools like Postman
- Availability during outages outside regular working hours
- Knowledge of fintech trends
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- SQL databases experience (nice to have)
- Experience with alternative payment methods (nice to have)
