Lead full-cycle hiring across Europe, LATAM, and the US for fast-growing remote AI company. Manage talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, optimize recruitment processes, and leverage AI tools for sourcing and process optimization

Требования

• 2+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience hiring in at least one key market (Europe, LATAM, or US)
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication skills
• Strong sourcing expertise and candidate experience mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
• Active user of AI tools in recruitment workflows
• Knowledge of GDPR and recruitment data privacy (preferred)
