• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Hands-on sourcing experience (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with or interest in AI tools for recruitment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
