Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions globally. Responsible for strategic partnership with hiring managers, building scalable hiring processes, developing talent pipelines, and strengthening employer brand in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
Требования
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth companies
- Experience hiring across GTM and business functions (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, People)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to advise senior leaders
- Proven sourcing and headhunting capabilities in global talent markets
- Experience scaling hiring processes and teams in fast-moving environments
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on recruiting execution
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High organization, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience working remotely across multiple time zones and cultures
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred)
