Rakuten Viber is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle and build candidate pipelines across global business functions from the Warsaw office
Требования
- 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in the tech industry
- Experience recruiting across European and/or Asian markets
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline building skills
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Full professional fluency in English
- Ability to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
