Требования
- 5+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition
- Proven success hiring non-technical professionals across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills
- Fluent English
