Lead and manage recruitment teams across multiple locations and time zones for a US-based international company serving telecom, power, water, renewable energy, and data center industries. Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, optimize hiring workflows, and develop recruiter performance

Требования

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
• Experience working with international and distributed teams
• Strong leadership, people management, and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles simultaneously
• Experience with ATS platforms (Pinpoint ATS is a plus)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
