• Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Marketing or a related field
• Strong written, visual and digital content creation skills
• Experience managing social media and content strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and digital campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and experience measuring campaign performance
