Senior User Acquisition Manager to run full-cycle paid acquisition campaigns for mobile apps, manage creative team, and optimize performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. Lead from creative development through launch to optimization with ambitious budget targets
Требования
- 3+ years in UA for mobile apps
- Proven success scaling budgets ($100K+/mo)
- Real experience with web subscription user acquisition
- Strong analytical skills (AppsFlyer, Power BI/Tableau, Amplitude)
- Fluent English and confident client communication
- Experience building UA process from scratch (bonus)
