• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
• Deep knowledge of Spanish and broader European tech talent market
• Experience with advanced sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment analytics
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into hiring strategy
• Fluent English
