- 6+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong focus on sourcing and direct search
- Proven executive search experience
- Experience hiring commercial roles across the UK and Europe
- Agency / in-house and international fintech or payments experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- English C1+
- Fluent Russian
