The CB Node team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to perform deep analysis and optimization of blockchain nodes, build observability and automated failover capabilities, and manage infrastructure capacity for 55 unique protocols
Требования
- 5+ years in software engineering with deep expertise in systems-level performance analysis, profiling, and optimization of production infrastructure
- Hands-on experience operating distributed systems at scale (diagnosing resource bottlenecks, tuning performance, managing capacity)
- Proficiency in backend programming (Go preferred) and systems tooling (pprof, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Track record of reducing infrastructure costs through engineering optimization
- Experience with blockchain nodes, consensus protocols, or crypto infrastructure strongly preferred
