Seeking an internationally experienced Senior Researcher to establish Flow Chemistry and Microfluidic Synthesis capabilities for a leading integrated petrochemical company
Требования
- Extensive hands-on experience in flow chemistry, microreactor technologies, and industrial organic synthesis
- Proven track record in process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercialization
- Strong understanding of chemical process economics
- Experience in equipment selection and technology deployment
- PhD or equivalent advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
