Shine, a European fintech company, is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support business units, focusing on organizational effectiveness, transformation, and talent development through data-driven decision-making
Требования
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic People role
- Experience in an international organization with 300+ employees
- Strong experience partnering with managers and senior leaders
- Solid business acumen and a data-driven approach
- Fluent English
- Experience with organizational transformation, restructuring or M&A is a plus
- Tech scale-up experience is a plus
- German, Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
