Full-cycle work with LLM/VLM models: from data preparation and fine-tuning to evaluation, deployment, and production support

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in ML systems development and production deployment
• Practical experience with LLM/VLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, distillation)
• Experience with OCR for multilingual documents
• Understanding of evaluation pipelines (EM, Precision/Recall, F1, CER, WER)
• Experience with self-hosted LLM serving (vLLM)
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
