We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join a company providing legal consulting and support across iGaming, IT, and FinTech areas, focusing on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law principles
- Extensive experience in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, real estate matters
- Understanding of KYC/AML requirements and banking compliance
- Fluent English and Greek. Russian is an advantage
