Senior Lawyer position in iGaming/FinTech sector based in Limassol, Cyprus. Requires 4-5+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance and regulatory matters. International environment with office-based work (hybrid after probation)
Требования
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Senior Lawyer / Legal Counsel
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law
- Experience with corporate structures, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Russian language is a strong advantage
