Unimatch Lab, an AI-driven venture studio, is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, ML/AI, design, and analytics roles globally
Требования
- Full-cycle recruitment experience across IT roles
- Strong hands-on international sourcing experience
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews
- Ability to manage recruitment funnels and key hiring metrics
- Strong hiring manager partnership skills
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray and Boolean Search
- English B2+
- Experience using AI and automation tools
