Senior HR Business Partner for LVMH Beauty to drive the people agenda, manage organizational design, talent management, and performance cycles in a complex matrix environment within the Middle East region
Требования
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Background in luxury retail, beauty, fashion or a fast-paced multinational company
- Strong organizational design and workforce planning expertise
- Experience working within complex matrix organizations
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus
