Требования
- At least 05 years of experience in a similar position at companies with a scale of 500+ headcount
- Experience with Operations (customer service, multi-site) or Back Office
- Strong in the employee lifecycle and Vietnamese Labor Law
- Experienced in L&D, policy drafting and training delivery
- Good English
