Roboyo, an Applied AI and Agentic Automation company, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to manage HR strategies, employee relations, and compliance across Sweden, the UK, and Germany, based from their Barcelona office
Требования
- 3+ years of HRBP or similar experience, ideally in consulting or professional services
- Strong knowledge of German employment law, good understanding of UK and Swedish labor legislation
- Hands-on experience managing the employee lifecycle, payroll and terminations
- Experience advising senior leaders on HR practices
- Fluent English and German
- Experience with Workday HRIS (nice to have)
