The Senior Fraud Investigator will own the operational side of the fraud and risk program, including monitoring, investigations, decision-making, merchant communication, and process automation
Требования
- Experience (5+ years) in fraud operations, investigations, transaction monitoring, or merchant risk
- Background at a PSP, Merchant of Record, acquirer, fintech, or high-volume online merchant
- Analytical skills: confident working with transaction data and risk signals
- SQL or similar hands-on data skills
- Working knowledge of compliance context (onboarding, verification, monitoring, card network expectations)
