Lead CRM and retention strategy across multiple international iGaming markets. Own full CRM lifecycle, build data-driven retention strategies, optimize player journeys, improve NGR and LTV, and lead a growing CRM team
Требования
- Proven experience as Senior CRM Manager, CRM Manager, or Retention Manager
- Strong iGaming experience across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
- Deep understanding of CRM strategy, player lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and automation
- Experience with CRM tools and campaign management platforms
- Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills
- Excellent English
- Experience with Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Customer.io (advantage)
- Multi-brand operations experience (advantage)
- VIP segmentation experience (advantage)
- Sportsbook/casino CRM experience (advantage)
