• At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry
• Solid understanding of payment gateway / payment institution structure
• SaaS company experience (advantage)
• Active sales professional or business development manager background
• Ability to take responsibility and achieve success collaboratively
• Strong negotiation skills with focus on win-win solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
• Effective presentation skills including C-suite level
• Superior self-organization and discipline
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Networking skills and ability to attend industry events
