We're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (Java) to design and evolve high-performance backend services for core product flows. Own services end-to-end from architecture to production reliability. Tackle distributed systems challenges related to scalability and cost efficiency. Work with high-load systems operating at up to 50k RPS

Требования

• Strong computer science fundamentals and production experience in backend engineering
• Experience with distributed or microservice-based systems in production
• Proficient in designing robust APIs and understanding scalable architectures
• Hands-on with databases, asynchronous processing, and event-driven systems
• Ownership mindset in implementation, testing, and production outcomes
• English at least pre-intermediate
• Experience with Java or readiness to ramp up quickly (nice to have)
• Familiarity with event-driven systems like Kafka (nice to have)
• Background in high-scale consumer products or live-streaming platforms (nice to have)
