Senior AI Test Manager needed to define and own end-to-end AI testing strategy, lead QA teams, architect scalable AI test solutions including model-validation pipelines, bias and drift detection. 10+ years engineering experience required, 5+ years leading test teams. B2B contract, remote, $ /month

Требования

• Located outside Russia and Belarus
• Bachelor's/College degree
• At least 3 years working in English speaking environment
• 7+ years QA Java engineering experience
• 5+ years leading Test teams
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in AI Test Architecture
• Understanding of SDLC and QA processes
• Knowledge of software product design and integration
• Experience with Playwright, Java, Karate or similar tools
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
