Требования
- B2B Sales leadership experience
- Background in Forex, Fintech, Liquidity Provider, or Brokerage
- Proven experience building and managing sales departments
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Commercial mindset with focus on results and growth
- Ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
