Regional Business Development Manager for crypto exchange platform. Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and activating KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities. Build and manage partnership models including rebate programs, commission structures, and community campaigns. Drive trading volume, user acquisition, and revenue contribution across regional markets

Требования

• Proven BD experience in crypto exchange, futures trading platform, broker, affiliate business, fintech trading product, or Web3 trading product
• Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, rebate, commission, or partner incentive models
• Existing partner resources in at least one regional market, language group, or trading community
• Strong understanding of crypto trading users, futures products, trading communities, and partner-driven acquisition
• Ability to activate partners and generate measurable commercial contribution
• Experience explaining BD outcomes such as trading volume, active users, deposits, net fee, partner revenue, or campaign ROI
• Strong English communication skills; additional regional languages a plus
• Commercially driven, practical, comfortable in fast-moving crypto environment
