Lead, coach, and grow a team of up to 8 recruiters. Manage the full-cycle hiring process for client service, business development, digital, and tech roles, optimize funnel bottlenecks, and drive data-driven reporting

Требования

• 5+ years in recruitment
• Experience in team leadership with 5+ direct reports
• In-house experience at fast-growing international companies (200-1000 employees)
• Proven track record of building and running high-volume hiring at scale
• Fluent English
