Prime Insights, Sweden-based technology company, is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering departments. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, as well as building talent pipelines and optimizing recruitment processes

Требования

• 2–4+ years of recruitment experience in any industry
• Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools (plus)
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to process improvement
