Требования
- 3+ years of experience hiring for IT, Product and Operations roles
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience
- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms
- Ability to effectively pitch roles and opportunities to candidates
- Experience working with ATS and HR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and relatively unstructured startup environment
