Experienced QA Team Lead needed to lead quality assurance for a FinTech product, managing QA team, improving testing strategies, and driving test automation for backend and payment systems
Требования
- 5+ years of software testing experience
- 2+ years of QA Team Lead experience
- Strong FinTech domain knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Playwright
- Solid backend and API testing expertise
- Experience with QA automation frameworks
- Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of STLC and QA best practices
- Team leadership and mentoring skills
- Release planning and risk assessment experience
