A fast-growing property development company in Limassol is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of residential and commercial projects from concept to handover
Требования
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry in Cyprus
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish
- Good knowledge of document flow and permitting procedures with local authorities in Cyprus
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
