- 6 to 8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment
- Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability
- Analytical and outcome-driven
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
- Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour
