Build and own compensation and incentive systems for Node Operators across Chainlink network. Design performance-based mechanisms, automate payment workflows, deliver performance insights, and shape operator allocation and evaluation processes

Требования

• Experience owning performance, rewards, or compensation systems end-to-end with measurable improvements
• Comfortable collaborating with data scientists, economists, or quantitative teams
• Ability to communicate complex economic or quantitative concepts to external stakeholders
• Experience designing or improving payment and compensation workflows with process automation
• Track record of driving cross-functional work across engineering, data, and operations without direct authority
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structured processes in emerging frameworks
