Lead a product unit responsible for the complete customer purchase journey in Avito Goods. Own the transaction funnel, shopping cart, checkout page, anti-fraud mechanics and transactional platform. Manage 3 teams and 3 product managers. Work on scaling transaction models in a classified ads + e-commerce hybrid environment
Требования
- Experience with mature product optimization (funnel, conversion, completion)
- Understanding of marketplace/classified ads + e-commerce dynamics
- Ability to manage teams and drive autonomous decision-making
- Systems thinking - viewing product as interconnected whole
- Fast context absorption and pattern recognition
- Empathy and motivating leadership
- Ambition to scale transaction models at scale
- Experience with fraud mechanics and trust-building
- Track record of converting uncertainty into solutions
